How to Chart Your Burnout to Prevent It

I walk you through how to chart your burnout throughout the year and how this is key to prevent future burnout.

One of the best ways to prevent burnout is to know when you might get burned out.

I will share with you a strategy to identify when you are likely to get burned out by when it’s happened in the past and when it’s likely to happen again.
This long-term strategy will set you up for success in recognizing what month burnout hits in your life and work. Then you can implement a strategy before it has time or a chance to happen.

Are you ready to help your participants take it to the next level? Then, gamify your events and book me at (817) 523-1529.

Fair warning, I don’t believe in boredom. I use games (fun), my company research (information) and exercises (interaction) to engage with your audience. When they participate, it increases retention, focus, and fun. Are you ready? Book now!
