How to Identify Your Negative Thoughts

mental health speaker

To improve leadership, communication, productivity, performance, or customer service, you must first do one thing.

Research shows you have 60,000 thoughts a day. However, they are so ingrained in you, you don’t recognize them.

The one thing you must do is also the first-step in the five-step process I developed to turn negative thoughts into positive action.

In order to change your thinking to change your actions and change your results, you must first identify the thoughts you’re having.

Watch here how to do it and how I get an audience of hundreds to do it too.

Are you ready to help your participants take it to the next level? Then, gamify your events and book me at (817) 523-1529.

Fair warning, I don’t believe in boredom. I use games (fun), my company research (information) and exercises (interaction) to engage with your audience. When they participate, it increases retention, focus, and fun. Are you ready? Book now!
