COVID 19: Symptoms, Boundaries, and What You Need to Do

There’s a new norm that has swept over us. Face masks, home schooling, social distancing, isolation, and working from home. COVID 19 has impacted everyone and every business. You may be asking what are COVID 19 symptoms? What can I do to prevent it?

In today’s re-launch episode, Jessica talks with a COVID 19 survivor on how this virus took over her life, including how she tackled her symptoms, handled a relapse, and interacted with others. She’ll discuss how you can be more aware to keep it from happening to you and what you need to be prepared (and no, it’s not toilet paper).

Jessica and her guest will also share what you can do to better adapt to the new norm at home and how you can help others inside and outside your household.
