How to Increase Your Sales

If you wonder why your team’s sales aren’t higher, here’s why:

1. Negative thoughts cloud most of their thoughts

2. They haven’t figured out, it’s about relationships

3. They don’t know how to truly listen

You have 60,000 thoughts a day, and 80% of them are negative. These negative thoughts are clouding your decisions, conversations, and actions. They’ve become habit, unbeknownst to you, and they literally affect everything you do including your ability to close a deal. Here’s how to increase your sales.

Sales don’t happen just because you have a great product or you have good service. People do business with those they know, like, and trust. Get to know your prospects. Let them know you truly care about them as people not just another sale. Treat them like more than a transaction by forming a relationship. That’s how business happens.

Most sales people are too focused on themselves and what they want to say. Be patient and read between the lines. What are people really saying and wanting? Pay attention to the things they don’t say and their tone for what they do say. You can learn a lot by really listening and then asking qualifying questions.

What do you think is the reason why sales people don’t reach their quotas and goals? #tameyourbraingame #salestraining #leadership
