People can spot a confident man a mile away. In his movements. How he walks. The way he carries his shoulders. When you exude confidence, people can feel it as soon as you enter a room. The aura you have. The way in which you interact with others. How others speak to you.

When you’re insecure, they pick up on that too. They hear it in your voice. The see it in your stance, the way you dress, and how you represent yourself. How are you showing up? As a confident man or one who lacks confidence?

Confidence allows you to ask out the girl, close the deal, or get the promotion. Most importantly, it builds a stronger sense of self, creating a deeper internal power that you’ll exude to the world. TWEET THIS!

You can’t get to where you want to be without a strong self of confidence. Start today to build your confidence and your future self will thank you.

It’s easy for your confidence waiver when you feel fear. However, when fear creeps in, lean into it. Use your fear to fuel you. Confidence comes through action. You might be scared, but don’t allow it to stop you. Stop thinking so much of how it might not turn out the way you want, what could go wrong, or what might happen. Instead of what if-ing yourself down (what if it doesn’t work out, what if I get rejected), what if yourself up. TWEET THIS!

What if it goes better than I thought? What if it’s the beginning of something really amazing? What if I do get the girl, promotion, or sale? The more you think about the negative, the more you’ll talk yourself out of it. Stop analyzing and just do it. You’ll confidence will increase along the way.

Become self-aware. Stop trying to please others or care if they like you. At the end of the day, the only opinion that matters is yours. SHARE THIS!

Some people will like you, some won’t. Be true to yourself. The more you know yourself, the more in tune you are with your feelings, what you want, and who you want to become. The more self-aware you are, the more confidence you have. Get to where you are so resound in who you are, that you can stand in your power and not care what others think. Because you’ll own who you are and you’ll be at peace with whom that is.

Confidence shows up in everything you do, from the actions you take and your tone of voice to the way you stand or command a room. People like and respect people who have confidence. They want to do business with them, they want to be friends with them, and they want them as partners in business and life.

Don’t allow confidence to hold you back any longer. Be more confident, and you’ll start getting what you want most.

Take control of your confidence, and you’ll take control of your life.

I want to hear from you. In the comments below, share with me where you lack confidence and one thing you’ll do today to increase it.
